In the morning, President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. of the United States of America will receive the President’s Daily Brief in the White House Oval Office on Monday, June 21, 2021.
In the afternoon, President Biden will meet with lead financial regulators for an update on the state of the country’s financial system and institutions at the White House Oval Office. The Oval Office meeting will cover regulatory priorities including climate-related financial risk and agency actions to promote financial inclusion and to responsibly increase access to credit.
VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA DEVI HARRIS ~ MONDAY, JUNE 21, 2021
At 10:05 AM EDT, Vice President Kamala Devi Harris of the United States of America will travel to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Vice President Harris will depart from Joint Base Andrews, in Prince Georges, Maryland en route to Pittsburgh International Airport.
At 12:35 PM EDT, Vice President Harris will present remarks marking Child Tax Credit Awareness Day and highlighting: the importance of the Child Tax Credit, its expansion in the American Rescue Plan, and how parents can ensure they get the credit. Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh will also present remarks at the Brookline Memorial Recreation Center.
At 2:30 PM EDT, Vice President Harris and Secretary Walsh will convene a roundtable, as part of the Task Force on Worker Organizing and Empowerment, at IBEW Local Union 5.
At 5:30 PM EDT, Vice President Harris will depart Pennsylvania en route Washington, DC from Pittsburgh International Airport and arrive at Joint Base Andrews en route to Washington, DC.
