WASHINGTON DC - In the morning, President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. will return from Camp David to the White House West Lawn on the Ellipse at 11:30 AM.
At noon, President Biden will receive the President’s Daily Brief at the White House Oval Office at 12:00 PM.
In the afternoon, President Biden will deliver remarks on the tradition of Easter at the White House on the Blue Room Balcony. The First Lady will also attend at 1:00 PM.
VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA DEVI HARRIS ~ Monday, April 5, 2021
CALIFORNIA - At 8:40 AM PDT, Vice President Kamala Devi Harris will travel to Oakland, California from Los Angeles International Airport and arrival at Metro Oakland International Airport.
While in Oakland, Vice President Harris will tour a facility that highlights the benefits of the American Jobs Plan to invest $111 billion in our nation’s infrastructure to ensure access to clean drinking water.
Then, Vice President Harris will hold a listening session with California leaders and a small business owner in Oakland who received financial and technical assistance from several Community Development Financial Institutions.
At 2:25 PM PDT, Vice President Harris will depart Oakland en route Los Angeles, where she will remain overnight.

At 11:00 AM, the White House COVID-19 Response Team and Public Health Officials will brief the White HOuse Press on Monday, April 5, 2021.

At 1:15 PM PDT, Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff will tour a vaccination site in Eugene, Oregon. He will meet with clinic and county health leadership as well as key community partners who are working to get vaccinations to underserved communities. Oregon Governor Kate Brown and U.S. Representative Peter DeFazio (D-OR) will join him for this visit.
At 2:15 PM PDT, Mr. Emhoff will convene a listening session with legal aid attorneys and advocates as well as impacted clients to discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated challenges facing families and communities. He will highlight how the American Rescue Plan provides direct relief to people and discuss how the American Jobs plan will continue to build on that progress. U.S. Representative Peter DeFazio (D-OR) and Eugene Mayor Lucy Vinis will join him for this discussion.
