WASHINGTON DC - In the morning, President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. will receive the President’s Daily Brief in the White House Oval Office.
 

Then, the First Lady Jill Biden will participate in an Arbor Day tree planting ceremony on the White House North Grounds.
 

In the afternoon, President Biden and the First Lady will travel to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from the Ellipse.
 

Then, President Biden willpresent remarks at an event marking Amtrak's 50th Anniversary as part of the Getting America Back on Track Tour at the William H. Gray III 30th Street Station.
 

After, President Biden will depart Philadelphia, Pennsylvania en route Wilmington, Delaware, where they will remain over the weekend.

The White House COVID-19 Response Team and federal public health officials will provide updates on the COVID-19 response effort.

First Lady Jill Biden to Participate in Tree Planting Ceremony at the White House on Arbor Day
 

At 10:30 AM ET on Arbor Day, Friday, April 30, the First Lady will participate in the long tradition of shoveling the first piles of soil on a new tree being planted on the White House North Grounds by the National Park Service.
 

The First Lady will be joined by members of the National Park Service and White House Executive Residence staff:
