Then, President Biden and Governor Ralph Northam will present remarks at a business in Alexandria, Virginia to celebrate the significant progress Virginia has made in the fight against COVID-19, in partnership with the Biden-Harris Administration. The First Lady will also attend.
 

After, President Biden and the First Lady will travel to Hampton, Virginia from Joint Base Andrews and arrive at Joint Base Langley-Eustis on Friday, May 28, 2021.

In the afternoon, President Biden and the First Lady will present remarks at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, Virginia on Friday, May 28, 2021.

Later, the President and the First Lady will travel to Wilmington, Delaware, where they will remain over the weekend. President Biden and the First Lady will depart from Joint Base Andrews and the arrival at Delaware Air National Guard Base.
