The White House wants Social Media platforms to "Take action against harmful post."
"The definition of a censor is a person who reads or looks at books, movies or other sources of information and then prevents the release of information that is considered inappropriate." Is this what the Biden/Harris Administration is advocating for? Does the Biden/Harris Administration advocating for censoring speech, which does not correlate with its political, health or economic agendas?
First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
So, perhaps, the Biden/Harris Administration is planning to out-source the federal governments dirty-work to Social Media Platforms. Hopefully not.
The First Amendment to the United States Constitution is an ideal which helps open the minds of humanity to great excellence, inclusiveness and peace beyond ones individual imaginations. On the other hand, censoring can be a means to closed mindedness.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki and Surgeon General Dr. Vivek H. Murthy of the United States of America propose censoring mass communication. This plan or policy, if mandated by the Biden Harris Administration, might be interpreted as being antithetical (directly opposed or contrasted; mutually incompatible) to the US Constitution.

The leaders will discuss the full range of issues, including countering the threat of climate change, ending the COVID-19 pandemic, addressing security and regional challenges, and shoring up democracy around the world, among other topics.
Later at 4:15 PM, President Biden will participate in a joint White House Press Conference with H.E. Dr. Merkel at the White House East Room in Washington, DC, U.S.A. on Thursday, July 15, 2021.
In the evening at 6:30 PM, President Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden will host H.E. Dr. Merkel and Professor Dr. Joachim Sauer for dinner at the State Dining Room in Washington, DC.
