In the morning at 6:55 AM, President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. and the First Lady Dr Jill Biden will travel to Surfside, Florida. President Biden and Mrs. Biden will depart from the White House South Lawn en route to Joint Base Andrews in Maryland to travel on to Miami International Airport.
Then at 10:05 AM, President Biden and the First Lady will receive a command briefing from Incident Commander Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, Governor Ron DeSantis, local leaders, and first responders in Surfside, Florida.
After at 11:00 AM, President Biden and the First Lady will thank the heroic first responders, search and rescue teams, and others who have been working tirelessly around the clock for their continued efforts and support in Surfside, Florida.
In the afternoon at 12:30 PM, President Biden and the First Lady will meet with the families who have been forced to endure this terrible tragedy, to offer them comfort as search and rescue efforts continue at the St. Regis Hotel of Miami, Florida.
Later at 3:50 PM, President Biden will present remarks at the St. Regis Hotel of Miami, Florida.
In the evening, President Biden and the First Lady will return to the White House from Surfside, Florida; by way of Miami International Airport and arrive at Joint Base Andrews in Prince George's County, Maryland. President Biden and the First Lady will arrive on the White House South Lawn at 7:50 PM in the evening.
