Later at 7:45 PM, President Biden will participate in a campaign event for Virginia gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe at Lubber Run Park in Arlington, Virginia.
Then at 8:45 PM, President Biden will travel to Wilmington, Delaware, where he will remain over the weekend. President Biden will depart from the White House South Lawn en route to Delaware Air National Guard Base.
In the evenng at 9:40 PM, President Biden arrives in Wilmington, Delaware's Delaware Air National Guard Base.

At 10:30 AM EDT, Vice President Kamala Devi Harris will receive the President’s Daily Brief in the Oval Office.
At 12:15 PM EDT, Vice President Harris meets with DACA recipients, Dreamers without DACA, and immigrant rights leaders. There will be a pool spray at the top of the meeting in the Ceremonial Office.
At 2:15 PM EDT, Vice President Harris will join the President as he delivers remarks and signs H.R.1652, the VOCA Fix to Sustain the Crime Victims Fund Act of 2021, into law.
At 4:00 PM EDT, President Biden and Vice President Harris will meet with union and business leaders to discuss the strong support and urgent need for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Framework at the White House Roosevelt Room .
