Then at 11:10 AM, President Biden and Vice President Harris will present remarks to celebrate the 31st anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which President Biden proudly cosponsored as a Senator. They will celebrate the incredible progress the country has made toward meeting the full aspirations of the ADA while acknowledging that there is still much more work to do. The Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff will also attend this White House Rose Garden event in Washington, D.C., USA on Monday, July 26, 2021.
In the afternoon, President Biden will participate in a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq, in the Oval Office. This visit will highlight the strategic partnership between the United States and Iraq, and advance bilateral cooperation under the Strategic Framework Agreement.
