In the morning, President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. will receive the President’s Daily Brief at 8:00 AM.
Then, President Biden will meet with his national security team to hear intelligence, security, and diplomatic updates on the evolving situation in Afghanistan. This meeting at The White House the Situation Room at 8:30 AM.
After, President Biden will meet virtually with G7 leaders to discuss continuing our close coordination on Afghanistan policy, humanitarian assistance, and evacuating our citizens, the brave Afghans who stood with us over the last two decades, and other vulnerable Afghans. This meeting will be convened at the White House South Court Auditorium at 9:30 AM.
At noon, President Biden will present remarks on our ongoing efforts in Afghanistan to evacuate American citizens, SIV applicants and their families, and other vulnerable Afghans, and his meeting with fellow G7 leaders on how our nations can come together in support of the Afghan people.
