In the morning at 9:00 AM, President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. of the United States of America will receive the President’s Daily Brief.

Then, President Biden, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Devi Harris, and Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff, Esq. will attend the memorial service of Senator Robert J. Dole at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, DC at 11:00 AM. President Biden will present remarks.

In the afternoon, President Biden will host the virtual Summit for Democracy, bringing together over 100 participants, representing governments, civil society and private sector leaders. At 1:45 PM, President Biden will present the Summit’s closing remarks at the White House South Court Auditorium.

In the evening at 5:45 PM, President Biden and the First Lady will travel to Wilmington, Delaware, where they will remain over the weekend. President Biden and the First Lady will departure from the White House South Lawn en route to Wilmington, Delaware.

At 6:40 PM ET, President Biden and First Lady will arrive in Wilmington, Delaware.

At 11:00 AM ET, President Biden, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Devi Harris, and Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff, Esq. will attend the memorial service of Senator Robert J. Dole at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, DC. President Biden will present remarks.

At 3:00 PM EST, Vice President Harris will ceremonially swear in Jeffry Lane Flake to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Turkey. This event will happen at the Vice President’s Ceremonial Office in Washington, DC.
