In the morning at 9:00 AM EST, President Biden will travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky. President Biden will depart from the White House South Lawn en route to Joint Base Andrews. Then, President Biden will depart from Joint Base Andrews at 9:20 AM EST and arrive at Fort Campbell at 10:10 AM CST.
Then at 10:35 AM CST, President Biden will survey storm damage from the devastating tornadoes and extreme weather by taking an aerial tour of the hard-hit community of Mayfield, Kentucky. Later, President Biden will depart from Fort Campbell and the arrival at Mayfield Graves County Airport at 11:05 AM CST.
At 11:25 AM CST, President Biden will receive a briefing from local leaders on the impacts of the tornadoes and extreme weather. This meeting will be convened at WT Aviation Hangar, of Mayfield Graves County Airport.
In the afternoon at 12:45 PM CST, President Biden will tour a neighborhood in Mayfield, Kentucky.
At 1:35 PM CST, President Biden departs Mayfield Graves County Airport of Mayfield, Kentucky en route Princeton, Kentucky.
At 1:55 PM CST, President Biden arrives at Princeton-Caldwell County Airport in Princeton, Kentucky.
Then 2:30 PM CST, President Biden will tour a neighborhood in Dawson Springs, Kentucky and presents 3:00 PM CST remarks on his Administration’s response to the tornadoes and extreme weather. At 1:00 PM ET, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden will participate in a Forbes "50 Over 50" and Know Your Value event, focused on women’s mentorship.
At 3:15 PM CT, The First Lady, Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff, Esq., and U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy will arrive at General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
At 4:00 PM CT, The First Lady, Second Gentleman, and Dr. Murthy will visit Children's Wisconsin in Milwaukee, where they will meet with frontline heath care workers who cared for patients throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and victims of the Waukesha Christmas Parade tragedy. After the meeting, they will visit with children who will have just received the COVID-19 vaccine and their families. Aftertheir visit, The First Lady, Second Gentleman and Dr. Murthy will make brief statements. The visit is part of their continued nationwide effort urging parents and guardians to vaccinate kids ages five and up.
At 6:00 PM CT, The First Lady, Second Gentleman and Dr. Murthy will visit with families of the victims and first responders from the Waukesha Christmas parade tragedy at the City of Waukesha City Hall. After, The First Lady and the Second Gentleman will make brief remarks.
