After the tour, President Biden will present remarks on his Administration’s efforts to rebuild supply chains and lay a foundation for an economic renewal that’s made in America through the Bipartisan Innovation Act and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, building on the remarkable progress we’ve made growing our economy thanks to the American Rescue Plan. The Bipartisan Innovation Act will make historic investments in research and development and innovation in every corner of the country—creating good manufacturing jobs, strengthening our supply chains, and lowering prices for the middle class.
