PRESIDENT JOSEPH ROBINETTE BIDEN, JR. ~ TUESDAY, APRIL 19, 2022  

In the morning, at 9:00 AM EDT, President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. receives the President’s Daily Brief on Tuesday, April 19, 2022.  

Then, President Biden convenes a secure video call in the Situation Room with allies and partners to discuss our continued support for Ukraine and efforts to hold Russia accountable as part of our close coordination. This call begins at 9:45 AM EDT.  

After the call, President Biden departs the White House en route Joint Base Andrews in Maryland from The White House West Executive Avenue at 11:40 AM EDT.  

In the afternoon, President Biden departs Joint Base Andrews in Maryland en route Portsmouth, New Hampshire at 12:10 PM EDT.  

Then at 1:25 PM EDT, President Biden arrives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire's Portsmouth International Airport at Pease.  

At 1:55 PM EDT, President Biden visits the New Hampshire Port Authority at Portsmouth Harbor, which recently completed a project to widen the Harbor’s turning basin at New Hampshire Port Authority, Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The Harbor will receive Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding to accommodate larger ships and heavier loads of cargo, which will benefit the regional economy and lower costs for consumers.  

At 2:45 PM EDT, President Biden presents remarks on the historic investments in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law that will Build a Better America and modernize our nation’s ports and waterways. President Biden will highlight how these investments will strengthen our supply chains, support local economies, and help cut costs for American families. These remarks will be presented at New Hampshire Port Authority, Portsmouth, New Hampshire.  

At 3:30 PM EDT, President Biden departs Portsmouth International Airport in Portsmouth, New Hampshire en route Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.  

At 5:00 PM EDT, President Biden arrives at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland en route to The White House in Washington, DC, U.S.A..
