In the morning, President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. will take a family photo with other Quad Leaders at Kantei in Tokyo, Japan.  

Then, President Biden will participate in the second in-person Quad Leaders’ Summit with Prime Minister Kishida Fumio of Japan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India, and Prime Minister Anthony Albanese of Australia at Kantei in Tokyo, Japan.  

In the afternoon, President Biden and fellow Quad Leaders will launch the application for the Quad Fellowship, a first-of-its-kind scholarship program that will bring together American, Japanese, Australian, and Indian masters and doctoral students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) to study in the United States. These remarks at Kantei in Tokyo, Japan will be pooled press.  

After, President Biden will participate in a working lunch with other Quad Leaders at Kantei in Tokyo, Japan.  

Then, President Biden will participate in a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India at Kantei in Tokyo, Japan to continue strengthening the U.S.-India relationship and deepening cooperation on a range of issues, including clean energy, technology and military cooperation and expanded economic and people -to-people ties.  

After, President Biden will participate in a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese of Australia at Kantei in Tokyo, Japan. President Biden will congratulate Prime Minister Albanese on his election, thank him for his commitment to the Quad, and discuss efforts to deepen the U.S-Australia alliance.  

Later, President Biden will greet with staff of U.S. Embassy Tokyo at the Okura Tokyo in Tokyo, Japan.  

In the evening, President Biden will return to Washington, DC. President Biden will depart from Tokyo, Japan en route to Yokota Air Base, then travel further to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, where Air Force One will refuel en route to Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.
