In the morning, President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. will receive the President’s Daily Brief.  

In the afternoon at 3:10 PM, President Biden will sign into law S. 3580, the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 2022. This bill will level the playing field for American exporters and importers, including farmers, and reduce costs for American consumers, by lowering the cost of ocean shipping.
