All People Deserve An Equal Chance to a Job

It is not inclusive, when attaining wealth via a job is controlled. Job access should not be based on: being well- connected, wealth, status, poverty or having a criminal record or being enable to use computer technology. Stereotypical constructs of the well-connected and the elite and the poor are influencing people to act in a certain way to gain superiority over hard-working and humble people.

This is why I dislike American economics. Inequality.

I am defining inequality as: "the phenomenon of unequal and/or unjust distribution of resources and opportunities among members of a given society. "

I can not get into the Elderly Job Program because, I am computer literate.

I can not get into another program, because I an not an returning citizen or ex-convict .

I can not get into another job placement program because I am over 25.

When I was a teen, my parents had too much income. So, I was ineligible for consideration for job positions or benefits.

Gender became an issue to acquire positions also. Getting paid to pump gasoline was not allowed for female teens.

It is crazy.

Now, I am too educated to get a basic and regular job, set aside for people.

It is crazy.

I am not an entitled person because I am not a bit-more Caucasian than I am.

Getting a line-of-credit is virtually impossible, because I am not an entitled person or lie in the zip code of the elite or self-identify as the correct gender. I need a bit-more connections or Caucasian genetics than I have or a penis.

Inequality on earth is really, ridiculous.

Someone encouraged me to play the role of I need to play to get what I need. Is that dishonest?

If it is discovered you are playing a role, not standing in honesty, you are looking over your shoulder in anticipation that the truth will be revealed.

Unfortunately, these US inequities and entitlements are out of control.

Elites and their mentality about economics is the issue.

Controlling job access of people based on: being well- connection, wealth, poverty and being caught using drugs illegally and criminal records and an inability to use computer technology is not inclusive. It is based on stereo-typical constructs of the well-connected and the elite who want to look at people as though they are superior.
