President Donald J. Trump Signs Executive Order to Shut Down the Federal Department of Education

WASHINGTON DC - President Donald J. Trump ends the Feral Department Of Education, citing statistics about children that can not read or do basic mathematics.

Educational achievements of children in the United States of America is worse than in most other nation-states. Public school children have not mastered basic reading skills and have not competently mastered basic mathematics.

President Trump walked into the White House East Room where private school children and teens sat at school desks. The students were dressed in school uniforms.

President Trump presented a few remarks and signed the Executive Order ending the Federal Department of Education. When President Trump signed the Executive Orders ending the US Department of Education, the students signed documents as well. When President Trump displayed the signed executive order document for the audience to see; the children displayed their documents for all to see.

This White House Education event was held at The White House East Room in Washington DC on Thursday, March 20, 2025.

The backdrop was a series of State flags.

During this process, President Trump acknowledged the US Secretary of Education asked her to pose with him for a picture and promised the US Secretary of Education saying, "we'll find something else for you to do."

The Education Administration of public schools will now be governed by each individual state. Special needs children will be educated by the Federal Government perhaps.
